Tissue garland walls can be set up on a physical wall to be stationary or they can hang from a pipe and drape frame to allow them to be mobile (frames are not included in pricing). Flower walls are generally setup to be adhered to a wall for stationary permanency but can also be setup on a pipe and drape frame provided it is sturdy enough to hold the flower wall.
