We are the team behind The Lost Barn Event Rentals. 
Sarah, her husband Brian and her sister Traci are the dreamers, creators, manual labor workers, business admin running, witty comic relief & all around fun-loving crew!
We do it all!

Sarah & Brian are just your average Lifetime movie love story couple and it’s gross they are aware!
Being Jr. High besties that tried dating in high school only to part ways for several decades they came back together at just the right time (hello 40 yr old divorcees), got married, meshed families & headed off into soulmate bliss. 

They have 3 adult kids, one teenager, 2 daughter-in-laws, a couple grandkids, a couple dogs, and a grouchy cat.

They both escaped CA to live their scenic dream in WA and work full time in corporate America, moonlighting as a creative side hustling trio with Sarah’s sister Traci.

Brian is a retired Army Engineer and all around badass who loves outdoor activities, adventuring, making things that Sarah dreams up, doing up a good BBQ, hanging out with Sarah and being around family

Sarah is a lifelong creative who loves to be in the outdoors in the beautiful PNW hanging out and adventuring with Brian never taking for granted being able to live here! 
She loves food, family, hoarding art supplies, junk hunting to flip decor items, brownies, and hanging out too much with Brian!

Traci also works full time in corporate America by day but is an uber talented creative maker by night!

Traci loves spending time with her teenage son, loves going on adventures and trips, loves to read, and she loves working on home projects that allow her to try her hand at new skills.

She is an all around badass at DIY and making our Pinterest dreams come to life!

We're a small family team who loves creating and wants to make the world a more bright, happy & interesting place to live, spreading good vibes for every human along with a healthy dose of wit and humor because we love to laugh. We aren't afraid to push our own creative boundaries, and we believe in supporting other creative makers as much as we can to give your event a unique touch as well as support other local small businesses. 

WHAT WE DO

Lost Barn Event Rentals is happily obsessed with curating and creating a collection of unique rental pieces that create fun, joy-filled and photo-worthy events. We believe in giving new life to old pieces we find through junk hunting, creating designs with our own hands and creating relationships with other local small businesses to help us build and source our inventory. That's why we try to craft as much of our inventory in-house as we can!

Our brand is guided by the desire to bring that dose of happy dopamine to the soul of every event we decorate through our use of color & fun as well as provide our clients a quick, easy and affordable way for them to hold the most joy filled event ever! Our competitive advantage is our colorful take on event decor, stepping outside that rustic farmhouse aesthetic to provide a truly unique and one-of-a-kind event at an affordable price point.
