Self-pickup is an affordable option for clients to avoid delivery fees by picking up their rental items from our Silverdale warehouse.

Self-pickup and drop off is free outside of a small order packing fee that goes to our staff for prepping and packing your order.

Your booking will include a window of time and a day for self-pickup and drop off. You will need to be responsible for self-loading your items.

Self-pickup is not allowed for large items and items that require our team's setup such as high peak tents, dance floors, flower walls and potentially other large rental items at our discretion.

WHY THESE FEES EXIST

We try to keep additional fees to a minimum and we always aim to be transparent with our clients regarding fees. That being said we also highly value our employees and their time and aim to be a company that takes care of it's people.  Our fees are in place for this reason.

  • Early delivery & late night pickup fees go directly to our crew for working additional hours
  • Short notice fees help with:
  1. Re-routing existing schedules to accommodate adding a new delivery 
  2. Expediting the cleaning, prepping, and pulling of last minute rental items
  3. Potential overtime for employees getting called in for last minute order prep & delivery


Additional fees may be added to your booking/quote as follows:

  • Stairs Fee - $25 per flight after 1st flight - if there are multiple flights of stairs to get to the drop off point this fee is per flight of stairs beyond the 1st flight
  • Long Carry Fee - $25 per additional 50 ft -  if the drop off point is more than 50 ft from the delivery truck location. This fee also goes for steep hills that must be walked to get to the drop off point
  • Setup Fee - $45 per hour and per person needed - this is fee outside of the tables and chairs setup fee for items such as lights, linens, tableware, and decorative elements.


We know last minute plans can happen and we love to be able to serve the community with their party rental needs. However during our busy, peak season of May 1 - November 1 we apply a short notice fee to bookings at our discretion as follows:

  • Within 7 days of the event - additional 10% rush fee
  • Within 5 days of the event - additional 15% rush fee
  • Within 3 days of the event - additional 20% rush fee

These fees are calculated based on your booking total (prior to any delivery charges).

PEAK SEASON - SHORT NOTICE FEES

We know delivery costs can sometimes be a guessing game but we aim to be as transparent with our clients as possible for all our costs and fees. Due to rising fuel and labor costs our current delivery and pickup rates are as follows:

  • $3.50 per mile
  • After hours pickup after 7pm - $100
  • Early delivery prior to 9am - $100
  • Holiday delivery - additional 50% charge
  • Holiday pickup - additional 50% charge

We currently offer same day delivery and pickup for state parks, venues or special circumstances. 

Our delivery windows average 3-4 hours. If you need specific on-time or rush delivery there could be up to a $60 fee during peak season based on our staff availability. 

Standard delivery and pickup days for weekend events is Friday delivery and Monday pickup. If you need a different delivery and/or pickup day due to venue constraints, please let us know during your quote request.

  • Decor Pieces

IF YOU END UP NEEDING EXTRA HANDS

We know setup for an event can be semi-stressful so we include the setup and teardown for some of our larger items already built in to the rental price to include:

  • Tents and Tent Accessories
  • Dance Floors
  • Lounge Furniture
  • Flower Walls
  • Custom Backdrops or Decor

Note: our delivery is not included, but the labor and setup for these items is.
